The new Samsung F400 has been put to the test by one website, with the viewer drawing particular attention to the phone's audio credentials.
According to Mobile Choice UK, the new F400 is a dual mechanism sliding handset that has a fluid action and attractive black fascia design.
It is noted that a three-megapixel integrated camera, video playback and 24MB internal memory round out the handset's multimedia features - but adds that it is the music player that makes it stand out from its competitors.
"Music wise, the Samsung F400 ticks all the boxes. The Bang & Olufsen speaker guarantees a cracking audio experience," the site concludes, adding that the inclusion of a 3.5mm headphone port is also welcome.
However, the review does note some issues with battery-life. It states that the "huge standby time of 620 hours" is unfortunately let down by a talktime score of only 270 hours.
Samsung's F400 was recently featured on the Trusted Reviews website, where Sandra Vogel advised that the Bang and Oulfsen ICE power audio was the handset's major selling point.
