A new smartphone from Motorola has emerged which could be an alternative to the latest models from BlackBerry.
Mobile Gazette reports that the MOTO Q 11 is another variation on the manufacturer's trusted line of business-focussed mobile phones that incorporates Windows Mobile 6.1 technology.
The site adds the Q 11 also features integrated Wi-Fi, which it states is lacking in BlackBerry's recently announced Storm, as well as a QVGA display and three-megapixel fixed-focus camera.
With a lack of 3G, the article concludes that the Q 11 "is hardly going to set the world alight", but adds it could be "a good choice if you want a device like this and are not bothered about 3G support".
As well as new BlackBerry Bold and Storm, a number of other smartphones are set for release - which could be an obstacle for Motorola's latest.
